Caroline Patti is a much sought after veteran in the Beauty Industry. She started her career as a Regional Training Executive with The Estée Lauder Company’s and later became their Director of Education and Spa services. She managed the brands three 5 star Spas in Paris, France, Soho, New York and Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. Caroline authored all of the Spa menus and was responsible for training the Estheticians in the “ Art of the facial” Caroline left Estée Lauder in 2014 to have a baby. A year later she joined the luxury Spa skincare brand Kypris as the Global Director of Sales and Education. Thanks to Caroline’s savvy business skills she was able to sign multiple 5 star resort Spas to Kypris”s portfolio. She creatively wrote treatment protocols for The Four Seasons, The Intercontinental brand of resorts, Sheraton, Hilton and Evo Specialty hotels plus many more. In 2020 Caroline met the love of her life and moved to Prescott to get married. Caroline is passionate about skincare and helping people solve concerns so they can look and feel their absolute best.
